Thank you to everyone who attended the 2018 Disability Day at the Capitol. Over 500 people participated in the rally in the Capitol rotunda raising awareness and sharing their stories with lawmakers. It is only through dedication and a willingness to make our voices heard that the disability community–self-advocates, parents, family members, and allies alike–can continue advocating for services and supports that advance the inclusion and independence of Minnesotans with disabilities statewide.
In order to ensure that Disability Day at the Capitol continues to be a useful advocacy tool, we ask that participants take the following event evaluation survey. Your feedback is greatly appreciated.
If you have difficulty completing this form, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 651-361-7800.
