This presentation for employers, Vocational Rehabilitation professionals, and disabled veteran staff will speak to the three stages of progress of the field employment of persons with disabilities over the last 30 years.

Presenters
Richard Pimentel returned from Vietnam as a disabled veteran and became an advocate for all persons with disabilities. His inspiring life story was made into a full-length motion picture called Music Within. He is a leading expert on practical issues in leadership, disability inclusion, disability management, overcoming barriers, crises and change in the workplace, disabled veteran employment opportunities, job retention, COVID-19 return to work, and the Americans with Disabilities Amendment Act.
