The Schedule for March 18th

10:00 a.m.: Registration – Capitol Rotunda

10:30 a.m.: Legislative Briefing – Capitol Rotunda

11:00 a.m.: Rally – Capitol Rotunda

12:00 p.m.: Lunch on Your Own and Legislative Visits (if you haven’t held visits already)

REGISTRATION

Deadline for registration: March 8, 2014

There is NO fee to attend, but you must register. Registrations will be taken by phone or email only. Contact the Minnesota Brain Injury Alliance by phone at 612-378-2742 or 1-800-669-6442, or email your registration information to: info@braininjurymn.org

PREPARE TO MEET WITH YOUR STATE REPRESENTATIVE & STATE SENATOR

Make an appointment in advance. Call 1-800-657-3550, or go online at http://www.gis.leg.mn/OpenLayers/districts/ to find their contact information.

Download and print materials in advance (there will be limited folders this year). There will be materials posted by Feb. 25th at http://www.thearcofminnesota.org/.

MAKE LUNCH PLANS

Lunch is on your own. Individuals can buy lunch in the basement of the State Capitol or the cafeteria in the State Transportation Building nearby, or bring a bag lunch to the event.

Bring a supply of quarters and/or a credit card to pay for metered parking.
