Request for Proposal: Employment Services for Individuals who are Deaf, Deafblind, and Hard of Hearing Grant Program

Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic DevelopmentThe Minnesota Council on Disability shares a message from the Department of Employment and Economic Development:

The Department of Employment and Economic Development’s Vocational Rehabilitation Services (DEED-VRS) division administers the following activities through the Employment Services for Individuals who are Deaf, Deafblind, and Hard of Hearing grant program authorized in Minnesota Statute 268A.16.

  • Activity 1: Ongoing Employment Support Services for Individuals who are Deaf, Deafblind, and Hard of Hearing. Grants for this activity are to provide ongoing employment support services to individuals who are deaf, deafblind, or hard of hearing to empower individuals to maintain and advance in competitive, integrated employment.
  • Activity 2: Employment Services for Transition-Aged Youth who are Deaf, Deafblind, and Hard of Hearing. Grants for this activity are to provide employment services to transition-aged youth who are deaf, deafblind, or hard of hearing.

Deadline: All applications must be received no later than 4:30 p.m. Central Time, on June 12, 2023.
